Birchington Bowls Club situated in Thanet was established in 1961.The Green and Clubhouse is situated in Beach Road, Birchington and there is a large car park, and tennis courts which are open to the public. The clubhouse has a modern kitchen, and a bar which is open during matches.

The ladies changing room is within the clubhouse, and the gents changing room is in a separate chalet. Friendly matches and club roll-ups are played during the season, which runs from mid-April until the end of September each year. Teams are also entered into the local league matches.

New members are always welcome so come along and enjoy the gentle game of bowls which costs a lot less than golf, will keep you fit and you will make a lot of new friends.
